The Official notification for Rajasthan LDC Recruitment 2024 has been released. A total of 4197 clerk (LDC) posts have been announced. Out of these, 584 posts are for the Secretariat Administration Department, 61 are for Rajasthan Public Service Commission, and 3552 posts are for various state government departments and offices.
Online applications can be submitted from February 20 to March 20, 2024 for this recruitment. The exam will be conducted on August 11, 2024. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fees and other details given in the official notification before applying.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan LDC Recruitment 2024
Age Limit:
For General and Unreserved male candidates: 18 to 40 years
Age calculation is based on January 1, 2025.
Female candidates from the General category have a maximum age limit of 5 years more.
Male candidates from economically weaker sections, other backward classes, extremely backward classes, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and Sahariya tribe categories have a 5-year age relaxation.
Female candidates from economically weaker sections, other backward classes, extremely backward classes, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and Sahariya tribe categories have a 10-year age relaxation.
There is no age limit for widows and divorced women.
Other reserved categories in Rajasthan are also eligible for age relaxation as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination and possess a recognized computer course certificate or equivalent qualification. Additionally, passing the CET exam is mandatory.
Selection Process:
Written exam + Typing test + Document verification + Medical test
Rajasthan LDC Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern:
The written examination will consist of two papers. The first paper will include general knowledge, daily science, and mathematics, while the second paper will cover general Hindi and English. Both papers will be for 100 marks each and will have a duration of three hours.
Paper 1: General knowledge + General science + Maths (100 marks)
Paper 2: Hindi and English (100 marks)
