(i) The candidate must hold a degree from a recognized university established by an Act of Central or State Legislature or declared to be a deemed university under the UGC Act, 1956,
or
possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the government through a consultation process.

Must have passed the Intermediate examination conducted by the Cost and Works Accountancy Institution, Kolkata.
Or
Must have passed the Intermediate examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
And
Must hold an “O” or higher-level certificate issued by the Department of Electronics, Government of India, conducted by the DOEACC Society.
Or
Diploma in Commercial Practice and Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) / Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate conducted by the National / State Council for Vocational Training under the Vocational Training Scheme.
Or
Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Application / Information Technology from a university established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the government.
Or
Diploma in Computer Science and Electronics / Information Technology from a polytechnic.
or
Certificate Course in Information Technology under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University Kota(RS-Cit)
